Midland, Texas Wedding | Brittiny + Sean

Sean and Brittiny, y’all…oh my, they had such a memorable day! Sean is in the military and one of the many details that made their day so special was the fact that he wore his uniform. Brittiny looked like a princess in her lovely wedding dress! The detailing on the top of her dress trickled up the straps and looked so graceful and soft. She added a touch of blue with the sparkly ribbon on her dress that was such a unique addition! The layers of organza on the skirt of  her dress were illuminated beautifully by the sun, which I loved capturing for stunning portraits of this amazing couple. (A little back lighting, y’all…SO. DREAMY. LOVE IT!)

Oh my, y’all- this venue was incredible! The Shack in the Back has the most GORGEOUS outdoor space. From the pergola to the pond and everything in between, this space was a photographer’s dream! The trees, fountains, beautiful wood and stone accents…I could keep going! The sun drenched Brittiny and Sean’s ceremony as they exchanged vows under a wooden pergola, and it looked simply magical.

Their reception was so much fun for everyone! All of the guests were getting down with their dance moves and it was a BLAST. Everyone was laughing, dancing, and celebrating these two amazing people. The vibe at the reception was just another special detail that made Brittiny and Sean’s day so memorable for everyone. It was a reception that their guests will be talking about and remembering with smiles on their faces, as they reminisce about how much they enjoyed this lively celebration! The mother and son dance was such a beautiful moment that really stood out. Sean and his mom clearly have a meaningful connection, and it was an emotional moment! I teared up because of how sweet this moment was (ha, nothing new! Y’all know how I feel all the feels with my beautiful couples!)  I  loved capturing these moments with my camera, because I know they will look back on this amazing day and hopefully be able to relive how they felt! That’s one of the best parts of my job!
